Cancellation Policy
Weekend - 7 days prior to arrival date
Midweek - 2 days prior to arrival date
Premium - 10 days prior to arrival date
For those that don't comply with our cancellation policy, a one-night fee per room will be charged to your account. No-shows and short stays will be charged for the entire reservation.
Hunter Arms is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies.
Cash Payment
Guests wishing to pay for their stay in cash will be required to pay for the entire amount of their stay plus a $75 security deposit upon check-in. The security deposit will not be released until 3 p.m. the day of check out, once housekeeping has inspected and cleaned the room. If you are unable to return after skiing, a credit card security deposit is advisable.
Non-Smoking Room Policy
All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. A $75 cleaning fee will be imposed for those that do not comply with the Non-Smoking Policy and it will be charged to the account.
Ski Equipment
The waxing of skis is strictly prohibited anywhere in the motel. Violators will be charged for carpet replacement. Guests who use bath towels to clean their skis will be charged a cleaning fee.
